- My husband and I are in the process of adopting our first child from Ethiopia. My husband is an awesome man, whom I love with all my heart. We’ve been married for almost two years. God has directed us to adopt from Ethiopia.
Why Ethiopia
- 4.6 MILLION ORPHANS
- 1 in 6 will die before age one
- 1 in 10 will die before age five
- 60% of children growth is stunted
- 50% will never attend school
- Literacy rate is 39%
- Doctor to child ratio is 1 to 24,000
- Life expectancy is 49 years
